Why germination?
Germination is the process by which nature awakens a sleeping seed to turn it into a strong plant. It breaks down large and complicated molecules of nutrients but also inhibitors - substances that block their use. Nutrients are more affordable than ever before!
It contains about 80% polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6), which are generally considered healthy fats. However, it is conditioned by their mutual ratio. Recently, excessive intake of mainly Omega-6 compared to Omega-3 seems to be one of the factors in the development of many diseases of civilization. The ratio of 2 to 3: 1 is considered ideal, which is exactly what hemp oil corresponds to. Hemp oil also contains the exceptional GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) and SDA (stearidonic acid). In addition, it contains about 10% of monounsaturated fatty acids (Omega-9), which also contains, for example, olive oil. Already in 1 tablespoon there is more than 2 g of Omega-3 fatty acids (ALA - alpha linolenic acid), also up to 97% of the reference daily intake of vitamin E (adult).
