Internal whistleblowing system
Pursuant to Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers, in force since 2 June 2023, the company
Canna b2b s.r.o. has implemented an internal whistleblowing system. This system is designed for
for employees and other individuals who, in the course of their work or similar activities, have received
information about an illegal act with the characteristics of a felony or misdemeanor, the fine for which under
the law amounts to at least CZK 100 000. Such conduct is contrary to the law or
legislation contained in the Directive (EU).
The notification must contain information enabling the notifier to be identified. Anonymous
notifications will not be processed.
Canna b2b s.r.o. excludes the acceptance of notifications from a person who has not provided information to Canna b2b s.r.o.
does not carry out work or other similar activities as referred to in Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i).
Canna b2b s.r.o. has issued an internal directive which fully regulates the protection of
Canna b2b s.r.o. facilitates the submission of notifications:
(a) By sending a paper notification to the registered office of Canna b2b s.r.o. marked "Do not open
b) By electronic means to a designated electronic mail box at the following address
c) Orally before a competent person who will record such notification in the minutes.
(d) Orally by telephone call to the appropriate person, with a record thereof,
if the notifier consents to an audio recording being made.
