Hemp capsules have a 3: 1 content of polyunsaturated fats between Omega 6 and Omega 3. Alpha-linolenic (ALA, a component of Omega3) and linoleic (LA, a component of Omega 6) fatty acids help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. These beneficial effects are achieved with a daily intake of 2 g ALA and a daily intake of 10 g LA. 1000 mg of hemp oil BIO, in a vegetable gelatin capsule, enriched with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

The capsules are filled with organically pressed hemp oil, in a vegetable gelatin shell, and are enriched with vitamin E. The capsules are elastic, matte, tasteless and provide accurate dosing.

Hemp oil is known as "nature's most balanced oil" and is the only oil with an ideal ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 3: 1. Hemp seeds are cold pressed to maintain high nutritional value.

Use:
We recommend 2-4 capsules a day, preferably after a meal.
