The sediment comes from the natural process of sedimentation of conical oil. If the oil is filtered as a gentle way, you will keep 100% of all substances and it is therefore in your best quality. We intentionally leave a lot of oil in the sediment to make the product used for dripping lettuce, mixing into dough or painting on bread. You will definitely fall in love with the product.
