Spill-proof design
The Hydrology 9 NX comes already assembled, although you'll have to unscrew the top to fill it with water. The spill-proof design ensures that no water gets into the electrical components.
Heating chamber for herbs
The hybrid herb heating chamber for the Hydrology 9 NX ensures even and thorough heating of your herbs. This dedicated chamber uses dual layer heating technology, which means a combination of convection and conduction heating to give you a strong, great tasting vapor every time!
Chamber for concentrates
The all-new concentrate chamber features revolutionary heating technology and can be used with either a quartz glass bowl or a ceramic bowl depending on the desired temperature. This heating system ensures efficient heat generation while covering all areas in the bowl without leaving cold spots.
Adjustable temperature
The Hydrology 9 NX is equipped with a sensor that detects the heating chamber and automatically adjusts the temperature levels to give you specific settings for both concentrates and herbs.
Change the desired temperature by turning the dial at the bottom of the Hydrology 9 NX. There are 6 different temperature options: 180°C to 235°C for herbs and 290°C to 410°C for concentrates such as oil or waxes.
The temperature level is represented by blue (lowest), light blue, yellow, purple, red and white (highest). This color-coded system helps you easily see which temperature is set and makes it easy to adjust without having to look at the display.
The Hydrology 9 NX will stay at the set temperature for two minutes before switching to standby mode and then remain in standby mode until you turn it off or it turns off automatically after 10 minutes.
Replaceable battery
Another improvement to the original Hydrology 9 is the battery, which is more powerful (1900 mAh) and can be replaced. With a replaceable battery, you can extend the life of your device by purchasing new batteries. If you plan to take your 9 NX on long trips without access to charging options, it's a good idea to get an extra battery right from the start.
During our testing, we found that a fully charged battery is capable of performing approximately 5 to 7 sessions of vaping herbs and about 10 to 12 sessions of vaping concentrates.
Magnetic USB charging port
In this new version of Hydrology 9, the charger has been updated and now features a magnetic connection that makes connecting easier than ever. When the device is connected for charging, it will flash red until full battery capacity is reached approximately one hour after the charging process begins. When the battery is fully charged, the light will turn green so you know right away when it's ready!
Cleaning tools included
Cleaning the vaporizer is an easy task with the high-quality cleaning tools included in the package. The brushes make it easy to deep clean all parts of this machine, which will keep it working as it should for a long time!
