CBD (cannabidiol) is one of the cannabinoids found in hemp. CBD acts primarily on CB1 receptors (those in the brain) by protecting them from activation. Hemp oil with CBD harmonises the body's natural processes and thus supports its defences. It has a positive effect on heart function, cholesterol levels, blood glucose levels, normal skin condition and muscle and joint function.

CBD oil production

CBD oil is produced by distillation, a method known since ancient times for separating liquid substances based on the different volatilities of the components in a boiling liquid mixture. The liquid mixture is created by macerating cannabis flowers in alcohol, into which all the cannabinoids contained are dissolved. This macerate is mixed with hemp seed oil to produce Hemp Oil enriched with cbd and other beneficial cannabionides.
