SUM HEMPCOFFEE is a ground blend of organic Fair-Trade finely roasted 100% Arabica coffee and organic hemp seeds in a ratio of approx. 70/30. The organic hemp seed gives the coffee its typical unmistakable nutty taste and aroma as well as an unusual lightness.
Coffee is a crop that is one of the most heavily treated with chemicals (pesticides). Therefore, it really pays to buy organic quality grown in organic farming. This coffee has been grown on eco-plantations in Mexico, so you can be sure that you are not supporting the chemical trade, nor have any non-organic methods or means been used in the processing. Also, organic means a real respect for the local ecosystem. By buying organic and fair-trade products, you are contributing to the preservation of native ecosystems while supporting local communities.
Arabica is the highest quality and most expensive variety of coffee because it is considered the best in taste and aroma. Only 100% Arabica can be found in SUM's blend.

The SUM HEMPCOFFEE coffee blend is lower in caffeine and much lighter than regular dark roast coffee due to the fact that approximately 30% of the blend is unroasted hemp seed and the coffee component is only finely roasted. The finished hot drink will also leave you with a lighter feeling in your stomach. Nevertheless, SUM HEMPCOFFEE hemp coffee has an unmistakable aroma and taste that you will fall in love with after a few cups and never give up.
