Mighty vaporizer Review
The third and final representative of the Storz & Bickel brand is the Mighty vaporiser. It is much smaller than the Volcano rated earlier, and the manufacturer refers to it as portable.
I would not be so optimistic as it is larger than a contemporary smartphone. If you use it in public, you will be as discreet as an igloo on a Spanish beach in the middle of July. In fact, it is the largest portable vaporizer you can currently find on the market. On the other hand, battery life is stunning, and if there is a few days trip ahead of you, Mighty will be an excellent choice.
The produced vapour is so thick and dense that you could almost shape it with a knife. The flavour is also stunning. The hybrid heating system, which uses both the conductive and convection methods, is responsible for such results.
However, it is probably also the reason that you can fit about a quarter of a gram of herbs into the chamber, which is spent extremely quickly. Thus, forget having longer sessions with friends without the need to refill. However, they paid attention to every detail At Storz & Bickel, and for obvious reasons, they included both a plastic tool to make it easy to fill up the chamber and a small dosing capsule that can be even filled in advance and then just inserted into the chamber. This makes the frequent refilling very convenient.
The Mighty is equipped with a small LED display that shows both the current temperature and battery status. On its sides, there are plus and minus buttons to adjust the temperature. You can do it at any time during vaping. As you already know, a certain temperature suits best a certain herb. Moreover, different temperatures represent different effects and flavour. Mighty does not require the use of a mobile app to be operated, so this makes the operation absolutely simple.
There are two details that have affected my rating a bit. The first is the heating time. Up to two minutes of waiting may not seem too long, but it is still too long compared tocompetitors. On the other hand, the chamber remains hot quite long. Well, the second one is nothing major, but some might find it annoying or even frustrating. The device will not stand when placed on a table or shelf. The bottom is rounded, and you can only lay it down. Before I got used to it, it took me a few unwanted heavy slams on the table when the heavy black device would refuse to stand upright.
I really liked the unique design of the body, which perfectly dissipates heat. Thus, when you are continuously using the device for a longer time, it does not unpleasantly warm up your hands, which is a common issue of some portable vaporizers.
Verdict
The Mighty produces excellent quality vapour. You will love it! The use is absolutely simple, and the battery life is pretty incredible.
Given its size, you may want to forget about using it discreetly in public. If this does not bother you, there is no reason to hesitate over getting it.
