Design
At first glance, it came to my mind that the gunmetal color version looked like a scaled-down model of a cargo spacecraft from the future. The super black version is the second variation of this sturdy vape machine.
Speaking of how well the device is built, I must highlight not only the use of safe materials but also the titanium heating chamber. Removing the chamber is easier than unplugging a sink if you like. What is really cool, though, is the perfectly insulated stainless steel airflow.
Air Heating® technology
Although the Fenix 2.0 has many first-class features, the most brilliant is the patented Air Heating ® convection heating technology, which is incredibly effective. You will immediately notice the clean and pleasant steam taste, not to mention the rich color and consistency of the used botanical residues remainingafter you finished your vape.
Fast heating and charging
Fast heating is nothing revolutionary in the world of vaping anymore. Well, this feature is already expected in modern devices. The Fenix 2.0 heats up to the set temperature in less than 30 seconds, which does not place it among the fastest sprinters on the athletic oval. However, it is not a Jamaican on a bobsleigh either.
What really surprised me was charging. The unusually powerful battery reached 100% of its capacity in less than three hours after connecting it to my laptop's USB port.
Special airflow cooling system
The innovative air cooling system effectively lowers the steam temperature before it gets inhaled. Thanks to this, the vape is very pleasant while the steam taste is preserved.
Total control
The adjustable timer displays all essential information on a dual OLED display, allowing you to accurately determine the time after which the Fenix 2.0 automatically switches off. The display even shows the remaining countdown. If necessary, you can extend or shorten the time if you like.
The value can be set with the accuracy of one second, giving the range between three and seven minutes. There is no such accuracy and freedom in other vaporizers. Many other manufacturers will undoubtedly implement this in their products in the future, but the Fenix 2.0 is the first. However, the freedom does not end here. You can also set the temperature with the same accuracy that ranges between 160 and 221 °C.
Magnetic lid
The lid on the Fenix 2.0, under which is the herbs chamber hidden, is magnetic, making it super easy to open. Just hold it by the Fenix logo and take it off. Just like that.
Rating
The Fenix 2.0 is a first-class product that is utterly incomparable to its predecessor. It stands out not only for its novel and engaging design but also for its ingenious patented Air Heating® convection heating technology, large OLED information display, and a very powerful and fast-charging battery.
Its slightly higher price is still below the average, getting the buyer unbeatable quality for this money. This vaporizer is simply a great deal, thanks to its excellent price/performance ratio!
