What are 10-OH-HHC prerolls?

10-OH-HHC prerolls are pre-packaged joints filled with technical cannabis flowers that are infused with 10-OH-HHC distillate.

The cannabinoid 10-OH-HHC (10-hydroxy-hexahydrocannabinol) is a derivative of hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) with an added hydroxyl group on the 10th carbon, specifically a hydroxy derivative of HHC. It is formed by oxidation of HHC with the help of an enzyme, cytochrome P450, which is found primarily in the liver.

There is currently no research available on how 10-OH-HHC acts, but from experience with other HHC derivatives, the effects are expected to be similar to those of THC, HHC, but probably with less intensity.

10-OH-HHC may affect perception, induce feelings of euphoria, relaxation or increase appetite. It has a psychoactive effect.
