10-OH-HHC is a hydroxy derivative of HHC with an added hydroxyl group on 10 carbon. It is formed by oxidation of HHC with the help of an enzyme (cytochrome P450) found mainly in the liver.

Although there is no research, based on what has been learned so far with other HHC derivatives, the effects are expected to resemble those of THC, HHC, but are likely to be less intense. 10-OH-HHC has a psychoactive effect and may affect perception, induce feelings of euphoria, relaxation or increase appetite.
